Ministers believed to be gathering at PM's house

PETALING JAYA Cabinet ministers are believed to be gathering at Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's house.

This came hours after the King decided not to proclaim a state of emergency after a meeting with the Malay Rulers.

"It is just an unofficial meeting, just to talk with each other. No, he is not going to resign. More like preparing informally for tomorrow's special Cabinet meeting," said a source.

Earlier Sunday (Oct 25), the King decided that the current Covid-19 pandemic situation does not yet warrant a state of emergency, as decided by the Cabinet.
