No Emergency declaration tonight (Oct 23), says source

PETALING JAYA: There will be no announcement tonight (Oct 23) of the proclamation of a state of emergency as expected earlier, says a source.

The source confirmed that it would not be anytime today but could not say when Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin would make the announcement.
