Covid-19: Over 1,000 school-going children infected since outbreak of third wave, says Health DG

PUTRAJAYA: More than 1,000 school-going children have been infected with Covid-19 since the third wave of the outbreak in the country began a month ago.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said from Sept 20 to Oct 21, about 587 Covid-19 cases are pupils aged seven to 12.
