KUALA LUMPUR: Former Federal Territories minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor has agreed to pay income tax arrears totalling RM40,358,336.61 to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) after both parties agreed to resolve the matter amicably.
The LHDN sued Tengku Adnan over unpaid taxes with a 10% increment totalling RM57,167,069.35.
