Business plan dashed by property scam

JOHOR BARU: A housewife’s dream of opening her own restaurant was dashed after she was allegedly duped in a property scam.

Chai Moi Hon, 45, said she had given a property agent a total of RM36,000 in cash as a deposit for a RM300,000 shophouse located in the Tebrau area here two years ago.
