1MDB: MACC appeals against dismissal of bid to forfeit RM100k belonging to Kasitah Gaddam


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has filed an appeal against a High Court’s decision to dismiss its application to forfeit RM100,000 that was seized from former land and cooperative development minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gadam.

The money was frozen by MACC in 2018 for being allegedly linked to the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) fund scandal.
