PETALING JAYA: Civil society groups are calling for swifter action by authorities to tackle reports of cyberbullying following the conviction of a 20-year-old man for criminal intimidation of a girl who subsequently committed suicide.
These NGOs said fatal cyberbullying was on the rise and more should be done to ensure that victims did not resort to taking their own lives due to the harassment.
