Vell Paari obtains stay of Meeriam Rosaline’s suit

IPOH: Datuk Seri S. Vell Paari (pic) has obtained an order from the High Court here to a stay of proceedings of a suit by a woman seeking a RM25,000 monthly maintenance fee and access to his dementia-stricken father, Tun S. Samy Vellu.

Justice Hashim Hamzah granted the stay of proceedings of the application for an interim order filed by Meeriam Rosaline Edward Paul, 59.
