PETALING JAYA: Tan Sri Tommy Thomas (pic) has dismissed claims that he agreed to a US$1.75bil (RM7.6bil) settlement with investment bank Goldman Sachs over the 1Malaysia Development Bhd scandal.
The former attorney general said no settlement had been reached when he resigned from his post on Feb 28.
