Cluster in Kedah from quarantine rule-breaker


PETALING JAYA: A traveller returning to Malaysia broke home quarantine rules and generated a new Covid-19 cluster which led to an increase in cases in the country.

The index case of the newly-detected Sivagangga Patient Under Investigation (PUI) cluster in Kedah is a restaurant owner who arrived from India on July 13, Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic) said.
