Higher Education Ministry’s no objection cert, clearance letter to be abolished

PETALING JAYA: The Higher Education Ministry’s no objection certificate (NOC) and clearance letter (CL) will be abolished.

The NOC and CL, the ministry said, were used as a form of quality control for students who studied in higher education institutions overseas.
