IPOH: Just days after YouTube cooking sensation Sugu Pavithra, comprising S. Pavithra and her husband M. Sugu, received a commendation from the Prime Minister and the Ipoh mayor, Sugu has been arrested for allegedly carrying a sickle to a hospital.
Police are also investigating claims that Sugu, 29, has hit his 28-year-old wife.
