Cops: Driver who rammed into Taman Melawati restaurant was driving under influence of alcohol

KUALA LUMPUR: The driver of the car which ploughed through a restaurant in Taman Melawati, was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ampang Jaya deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Azam Ismail said the suspect's blood alcohol level was above the permitted limit.
