KOTA KINABALU: Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri is wary of plans to use the IMM13 immigration pass to resolve Sabah’s long-standing stateless people issue.
Party president Datuk Henrynus Amin said using the IMM13 pass to consolidate current holders of the document, Burung Burung cards and Census cards would reclassify long-staying illegal immigrants as refugees.
