PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry will study the implementation of two shifts for government clinics in the country to ease congestion, says Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said that there were issues regarding implementation that would need to be looked at before a two-shift system was put in place in health clinics – most notably being the lack of personnel.
