KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (pic) and Lebanese jewellery firm Global Royalty Trading SAL have yet to physically inspect 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB)-linked assets seized from a premises belonging to Obyu Holdings Sdn Bhd due to the movement control order (MCO), the High Court heard.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Faten Hadni Khairuddin told High Court judge Justice Muhammad Jamil Hussin that the prosecution had yet to execute an order granted by the court on March 11 following the enforcement of MCO on March 18 to curb the spread of Covid-19.
