GEORGE TOWN: Police have arrested three suspects, including a postman, concerning a donation scam on social media.
Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Shafee Samad said the postman, 22, had fabricated a story and asked the admins of a Facebook page to upload it on the page.
