KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) and Sabah Ammonia and Urea (Samur) plant have been granted permission to restart operations immediately, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic).
He said they had also given the greenlight for Petronas to begin their offshore operations in the state.
