KUALA LUMPUR: Auto workshops under the jurisdiction of municipal councils in Selangor are allowed to open between 9am and 4pm during the movement control order (MCO) period as they are categorised as essential services.
Their counterparts in Kuala Lumpur, however, are to remain closed during the period.
