KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) wants the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry to amend or revoke one part of the Tourism Industry Act 1992, as the terms are "problematic".
MATTA president Datuk Tan Kok Liang said the Fourth Schedule of the Tourism Industry Act 1992, which touches on terms and conditions for travellers outbound was issued in 2000.
