Ex-spy chief's representation rejected, lawyer changed


KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) has rejected a representation by former spy chief Datuk Hasanah Abdul Hamid in relation to a criminal breach of trust charge she is facing involving RM50.4mil.

The High Court was informed by deputy public prosecutor (DPP) Muhamad Iskandar Ahmad of the matter, when it was brought for case management before Judicial Commissioner Ahmad Shahrir Mohd Salleh here on Thursday (Feb 20).
