Cadet death inquest: Trainer on duty wasn't aware deceased was sick


IPOH: The trainer on duty the day Navy cadet officer J. Soosaimanicckam died, was not aware of a sick report form submitted in by the deceased who died on the same day, a Coroner’s Court here heard.

KD Sultan Idris 1 (KDSI 1) Course Planning Officer Lt Nur Suhana Kasim Bakri said when she took over duties on May 19,2018 at 8.20am she was not informed by the trainer the night before of any form submitted in by the deceased.
