MUAR: A 28-year-old Johor para athlete died after a fire broke out at his family home in Taman Pagoh Jaya here in Pagoh.
The weightlifting para athlete, Mohd Ata Maarof, who represented the state and won bronze in the Para Malaysian Games (Sukma) 2018 in Perak, suffered 80% burns on his body.
