New Year's Eve blues: 23 Chinese nationals arrested over online scam


PETALING JAYA: Police detained 23 China nationals on suspicion of being involved in an online scam syndicate following raids at several units at Empire City in Damansara Perdana.

The raids were conducted on New Year's Eve following detailed surveillance conducted by the Petaling Jaya Commercial Crimes Investigation division.
