Court allows Tengku Adnan’s bid for passport


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here allowed former Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor the return of his passport to travel to Melbourne for medical treatment at the end of the month.

Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan allowed Tengku Adnan’s application to have his passport returned after hearing submissions from his counsel Datuk Tan Hock Chuan and Deputy Public Prosecutor Julia Ibrahim.
