SEREMBAN: A 51-year-old man claimed trial for allegedly cheating a company of more than RM12.17mil over a non-existent housing project more than two years ago.
Zakaria M. Abdul Razak pleaded not guilty to the charge before Sessions Court judge Diana Mohd Razali on Monday (Dec 2).
