IPOH: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah heads the list of 254 recipients of honours and awards given out in conjunction with Perak Ruler Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah’s 63rd birthday today.He will be bestowed the Darjah Kerabat (DK) title, the state’s highest honour.
The first batch of the investiture ceremony will be held at Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar on Nov 10, with the second batch of recipients receiving their awards on Nov 16.
