Kuala Pilah school wins inaugural girls’ football tourney


A FEMALE football team from SJK (T) Kuala Pilah has emerged the winner for the first-ever state-level football tournament for girls in Tamil schools, reported Makkal Osai. This was the first time that a category for girls was held in the tournament, which entered its 13th edition this year.

The team beat the Bandar Seri Sendayan Tamil school with a score of 4-1 in the final to win the tournament organised by the Interact Recreation Club (IRC).
