IPOH: Representatives from two companies pleaded guilty in a Sessions Court here to negligence that resulted in the deaths of two workers in separate cases.
They were managing director Chia Weng Chuen, 50, from Telaga Setia Sdn Bhd, a solar panel sub-contractor, and administrative executive Cheong Kar Lai, 33, from Noble Distinction (M) Sdn Bhd, which runs a quarry.
