PUTRAJAYA: Pakatan Harapan will use its past election defeats as a lesson, as it aims to defend the Tanjung Piai seat in the upcoming Nov 16 by-election, says Pakatan deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
He said the ruling coalition would strive to ensure it ran a more effective campaign to woo voters.
