KUALA LUMPUR: A human smuggling syndicate has been busted with the arrest of 71 Myanmar nationals and six locals during multiple raids in the Klang Valley, Kelantan and Penang, says Comm Datuk Cheong Koon Hock.
The Bukit Aman Special Branch department deputy director (II) said the suspects were picked-up during an operation held between Sept 22 and Sept 25.
