BUKIT MERTAJAM: It has been almost two years since Penang was hit by a massive storm but the exposed slopes and cliffs along the 3.6km tarred road in Cherok To’Kun Forest Reserve remain in a sorry state.
Blue tarpaulin sheets used to cover the exposed cliffs have deteriorated, leaving only shreds of the sheets and exposing the soil to Mother Nature.
