PETALING JAYA: MCA’s Government Affairs Monitoring Committee (GMC) and its Education Consultative Committee have suggested that an electronic tracking system be used to ensure that the Free Breakfast Programme would meet its objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
MCA GMC chief coordinator Dr Wong Kok Fye said an electronic tracking system will ensure that the funds earmarked for the programme will reach its intended target group in a manner that is “transparent, clear and auditable”.
