Chow willing to debate Wee over undersea tunnel project

GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow (pic) says he is willing to debate MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong over the Penang undersea tunnel project.

"I'm willing to debate Wee if Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng is not debating him," he said.
