Chief Secretary asks for public's continuous support in civil service in one-year anniversary letter


PETALING JAYA: On his first anniversary as the Chief Secretary to the Government, Datuk Seri Ismail Bakar (pic) asks the public to support the civil service, and for civil servants to uphold their integrity to achieve the rakyat's aspirations for a new Malaysia.

Ismail said the synergy between the civil service and the new government needs to be strong, with an emphasis on the principle of "Saya yang menjalankan amanah" (I, who uphold trust).
