KUALA KUBU BARU: A bogus doctor who allegedly outraged the modesty of more than 20 women has been arrested by the police and is expected to be charged in court.
Hulu Selangor Acting OCPD Deputy Supt Azman Ab Rahman said that they have been receiving reports about the suspect's alleged misconduct since January.
