Johor to start fund for boy suffering from myokymia

PASIR GUDANG: The state government will launch a fund to assist the family of 12-year-old Irfan Wafiy Idham Wazir, who is suffering from myokymia, to get treatment for the disease.

Johor Education, Human Resource, Science and Technology Committee chairman Aminolhuda Hassan said the public and companies could send in their donations to pay for Irfan’s medical bills.“A committee will be formed to manage the fund and identify the right resources and treatments available for Irfan.
