GEORGE TOWN: YTL Commun­ications (YES) Sdn Bhd is about to do a world first – commercialise the integration of Gigawire and Terragraph technology at buildings with existing copper wire cables.

The company said the move would enable about a million buildings in Malaysia to obtain high-speed Internet access at 200Mbps and 300Mbps.
