IPOH: A 56-year-old excavator operator was crushed by a rockfall at a quarry in Simpang Pulai here on Monday (July 1).
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Ali Tamby said the victim was found inside the excavator, which was also crushed, during the 7am incident.
