Police have a new Special Branch head

PETALING JAYA: Comm Datuk Mohamed Farid Abu Hassan has been appointed as the new Bukit Aman Special Branch department director.

Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the ministry and the Police Commission have approved the appointment, which came into effect on June 17.
