They are Mah Sing Group Bhd (RM614mil gross development value), Aspen (Group) Holdings Ltd (RM3.73bil), Ewein Zenith Sdn Bhd (RM800mil), Hunza Properties Group Bhd (RM480mil) and Devoteshens Sdn Bhd (RM50mil).
