Sin Chew editor killed in quake

PETALING JAYA: The deputy executive editor-in-chief of Sin Chew Daily Datin Tai Siew Kim (pic) was killed in a landslide caused by a 5.8-magnitude earthquake in Lombok Island yesterday.

Tai was among a group of Malaysians visiting the Tiu Kelep Waterfall in Bayan district in north Lombok when the earthquake struck at 2.07pm local time.
