KOTA KINABALU: Strict criteria and guaranteed safeguards have to be put in place when legalising stateless children, says Sabah Law Society (SLS) president Brenndon Keith Soh (pic).
"The prerequisites for applying cannot be compromised under any circumstances. Only genuine applicants must be eligible," said Soh.
