KOTA KINABALU: Partial autonomy, starting with administrative matters, has now been given to Sabah Umno, says party secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa.
Annuar said he expected Sabah Umno chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin to submit a detailed documentation on this for the delegation of powers to begin.
