TAIPING: A newborn baby boy was found abandoned in front of the Nur Iman Surau in Kampung Pinang Seberang, Kamunting, near here.
Acting Taiping OCPD Superintendent Razlan Abdul Hamid said the baby was found with his umbilical cord still attached at about 4.20pm on Saturday (Feb 2).
