SHAH ALAM: Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo says his ministry never promised Xiddig Cellular Communications Sdn Bhd its cooperation in their broadband project.

"Xiddig said they have met me. Yes, they met me a long time ago, but subsequent to that, they never came back to me, never communicated to me.
