KUALA LUMPUR: Since her son was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour in June, the life of Shanisah Shafie and her family has turned upside down.

Shanisah quit her job in the corporate world to accompany her son Mohd Haziq Afzanizam, six, who has medulloblastoma, to hospital.
