13-year-old boy detained in Kampar after sister gives birth to baby in toilet

IPOH: A 13-year-old boy has been arrested after his 15-year-old sister gave birth to his baby in Kampar on Sunday (Dec 16).

Kampar OCPD Supt Hasron Nazri Hashim said the boy was detained after his sister gave birth to a baby girl in the toilet of their family home on 3:30pm on Saturday (Dec 15).
