Sexual abuse cases: families of victims to meet ministries, mufti

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The families of three out of nine students who were victims of sexual assault by the principal of a tahfiz centre in Kepong plan to meet authorities to help overcome abuses in the tahfiz institution.

Social activist Syed Azmi Alhabshi (pic), who represented the families, said they hoped to meet with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development, Ministry of Education and the Office of the Mufti.
