‘I, who uphold trust’ to replace ‘I who follow orders’

PETAING JAYA: Official government letters will no longer bear the valediction “Saya yang menurut perintah” (I, who follow orders).

From Thursday, civil servants will sign off instead with “Saya yang menjalankan amanah” (I, who uphold trust).
